Hollywood, CA - It seems that 'Dancing With the Stars' has another sex scandal to deal with. Star Magazine has reported that Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke are having an affair.

Rumor is that Lachey and Burke have been hot and heavy while promoting the show on the 'Dancing With the Stars' tour that wrapped up last month. Problem is that Lachey is married.

"They didn't go very far to cover it up," one tour insider told Star. "Cheryl was constantly draped all over Drew. They held hands, had their legs intertwined and were always touching inappropriately."

Other sources are claiming that Matthew Lawrence, Burke's boyfriend walked in on the pair and caught the two in the act in her dressing room at the show in Jacksonville, FL.

People magazine released an update on the story, reporting that a rep for Lachey told the magazine that the rumors are "completely false and cannot be further from the truth."

Burke's rep added, "The story that Cheryl is involved with Drew Lachey started two years ago when they were partners on 'Dancing with the Stars.' It wasn't true then and it isn't true now."
